Analysis of related risk factors of high-risk pregnancy in 8 468 cases screened in a tertiary hospital of Liaocheng,Shandong
Objective To explore the grading characteristics and corresponding rank of risk factors of high-risk pregnancy. Methods In 2021,8 468 high-risk pregnant women who were screened and assessed in a tertiary maternal and child healthcare hospital were selected as research subjects.According to the Shandong Provincial High-risk Pregnancy and Maternity Rating Scale, the pregnancy risk scoring and classification, namely yellow label(general risk),orange label(higher risk),red label(high risk),and purple label(pregnant women with infectious diseases),were conducted, and the common risk factors for high-risk pregnancy were analyzed. Results The risk assessment grades for the 8 468 high-risk pregnancies were as follows:6 449 cases(76.16%)of yellow-label risk,1 962 cases(23.17%)of orange-label risk,6 cases(0.07%)of red-label risk, and 298 cases(3.52%)of purple-label risk. The yellow-label risk factors:a cesarean section(34.27%),anemia of pregnancy with mild iron deficiency(31.74%),gestational diabetes(20.51%),etc.The orange-label risk factor:BMI≥28(47.50%),≥2 cesarean sections(40.37%),etc.The red-label risk factors include dangerous placenta previa, etc.and the purple-label risk factors included HbsAg positive(88.59%),syphilis(7.72%),etc.The outcomes of high-risk pregnancy included 57.91%vaginal deliveries of full-term pregnancy,41.82%cesarean deliveries,0.14%premature deliveries,0.09%abortions and 0.04%odinopoeia.Conclusions Evaluation and grading management of high-risk pregnant women is beneficial to improve the quality of perinatal health care and reduce the occurrence of adverse events during pregnancy.
