Analysis of Listeria monocytogenes contamination in food in Kaifeng,Henan from 2020 to 2022
Objective To investigate the Listeria monocytogenes contamination in some food by in Kaifeng city from 2020 to 2022,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases caused by Listeria monocytogenes. Methods A total of 276 samples from 8 kinds of food were collected and then Listeria monocytogenes was isolated and identified according to the National Standard for Food Safety:Microbiological Examination of Food-Detection of Listeria Monocytogenes(GB 4789.30-2016).Results A total of 33 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were detected from 2020 to 2022,with a detection rate of 11.96%,and the detection rate of Listeria monocytogenes in 2020 was the highest(18.57%),followed by 2022(14.44%).Of the different types of food, the detection rate in processed meat was the highest(37.50%),followed by raw poultry meat(15.71%).Of processed meat, the detection rate in frozen samples was the highest(40.74%),and of raw poultry meat it was the highest in fresh samples(20.69%).Of the different sampling sites, the detection rate was the highest in supermarket(27.45%),followed by the farmer's market(16.13%).Conclusions Listeria monocytogenes contamination exists in some food and restaurant circulation links in Kaifeng city, which has the risks of health safety. It is suggested to strengthen the contamination monitoring and supervision of food and restaurant circulation links with high risk of contamination for reducing the food safety risks.
