Analysis of illegal cases of anti-bacterial(bacteriostatic)preparations in Zhengzhou,2018-2022
Objective To analyzes the illegal cases of anti-bacterial(bacteriostatic)preparations in Zhengzhou from 2018 to 2022,grasps the health and safety problems of anti-bacterial preparations in the jurisdiction,and puts forward suggestions on the problems existing in the health supervision of anti-bacterial preparations.Methods Through the national health supervision in-formation platform,the information of illegal cases relevant to anti-bacterial(bacteriostatic)preparations investigated and dealt with by Zhengzhou health supervision institutions at municipal level,county(city)level or district level from 2018 to 2022 was collected,and the source of the case,the illegal subjects,illegal situation the punishment results were analyzed.Results From 2018 to 2022,a total of 66 illegal cases of anti-bacterial(bacteriostatic)preparations were investigated and dealt with by Zhengzhou Health Supervision Institutions,and 73.42％of the illegal subjects were production enterprises.The top three illegal situations were as follows:label instructions without meeting the requirements(56.63％),violation of health and safety evaluation regulations(22.89％),unqualified health quality(7.23％)and exaggerated propaganda(7.23％).There were 58 illegal cases with fines,accounting for 87.88％;there were 8 illegal cases with warnings,accounting for 12.12％.Conclusions There are some out-standing problems about the label instructions and health safety evaluation of anti-bacterial preparation disinfection products in Zhengzhou disinfectant production enterprises.The production enterprises need to strengthen the main responsibility to ensure that the quality of products is qualified,safe and effective.The regulatory authorities need to innovate the regulatory model,strengthen departmental collaboration,further standardize the production and operation activities of antimicrobial agents,and comprehensively protect the public's health and consumer rights.
