摘要
接种带状疱疹疫苗是预防带状疱疹及其并发症的有效手段.带状疱疹疫苗具有较好的安全性,但因为疫苗本质的因素、受种者个体差异及接种操作等原因,少数受种者接种后可能会出现预防接种不良反应.本共识针对接种带状疱疹疫苗后可能出现的不良反应,重点阐述了其识别及处理方法.通过这份专家共识,希望能为预防接种工作者在处理带状疱疹疫苗不良反应时提供参考,同时提高公众对带状疱疹疫苗安全性的认识,增强接种信心.
Abstract
Getting the herpes zoster vaccine is an effective way to prevent shingles and its complications.The herpes zoster vaccine has good safety,but due to the nature of the vaccine,individual differences among recipients,and vaccination procedures,a small number of recipients may experience adverse reactions after vaccination.This consensus focuses on the identification and treatment of possible adverse reactions after vaccination with herpes zoster vaccine.Through this expert consensus,we hope to provide a reference for vaccination workers when dealing with adverse reactions of herpes zoster vaccine,and at the same time improve the public's awareness of the safety of herpes zoster vaccine and enhance vaccination confidence.
