带状组织对42CrMoA调质态微观组织和力学性能影响研究

为了研究带状组织对42CrMoA调质态微观组织和力学性能影响,选取两个带状组织等级不同的热轧态棒料,采用相同的调质工艺处理,处理前后试棒按国标要求制样,从微观组织和力学性能进行检测与综合对比分析.结果表明:(1)调质后组织为回火索氏体,但仍旧存在成分偏析的情况;(2)调质后力学性能和硬度均有所提高,但带状组织严重的工件在强度、韧性和硬度方面均表现出了一定的不稳定性,尤其对抗冲击能力影响较大,不利于产品质量稳定性控制;(3)成分分析、硬度、拉伸和冲击试验等常规检测无法对带状组织级别作出准确判断,建议在原材料入场后增加金相组织检查;(4)严格控制原材料带状组织级别,建议将带状组织控制在2级以下.
Research on the Effect of Banded Structure on the Micro-structure and Mechanical Properties of 42CrMoA in the Tempering State
To study the influence of banded structure on the micro-structure and mechanical properties of 42CrMoA after quenching and tempering,this article selects two hot-rolled bars with different banded structure grades,treats them with the same quenching and tempering process.Samples were prepared before and after treatment according to the requirements of the national standard,and the micro-structures and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed.The results indicate that:(1)the micro-structure after quenching and tempering is tempered sorbite,but there is still segregation;(2)the mechanical properties and hardness are improved after quenching and tempering,but the parts with severe banded structure show instability in strength,toughness,and hardness,especially affecting the impact resistance,which is not conducive to the control of product quality stability;(3)routine inspections such as composition analysis,hardness,tensile test,and impact test cannot accurately determine the banded structure grade.It is recommended to add metallographic structure inspection after the raw materials enter the factory;(4)the banded structure grade of raw materials should be strictly controlled.It is recommended to control the banded structure below grade 2 for parts with higher comprehensive performance requirements.
