摘要

针对某湿法炼锌厂采用氧化锌法尾气脱硫工艺存在的弊端,通过比较石灰石-石膏法、碱法、离子液法与双氧水法脱硫工艺的优缺点,优选具有流程简短、脱硫效率高、无二次污染物产生的双氧水法代替氧化锌法脱硫工艺并实施改造,实现了生产稳定高效、尾气超低排放及脱硫副产物资源化利用,环保效益和经济效益明显.

Abstract

In response to the shortcomings of the zinc oxide tail gas desulfurization process used in a wet zinc smelting plant,the advantages and disadvantages of limestone-gypsum,caustic soda,ionic liquid,and hydrogen peroxide desulfurization processes were compared.The Hydrogen peroxide methodwas selected,which has a short process,high desulfurization efficiency,and no secondary pollutants.This process was implemented for transformation,achieving stable and efficient production,ultra-low tail gas emissions,and desulfurization by-product resource utilization.The environmental and economic benefits are obvious.
