Establishment and Application of Space Measurement and Control System for Hot Strip Mill Equipment
In this paper,the construction of space measurement and control system of hot strip mill equipment is discussed in detail from six key links,including space coordinate system,layout,coordinate calculation,coordinate system optimization,rolling center line fitting and auxiliary measurement network,and repeated verification in industrial practice.Through many iterations of theory and practice,a method of equipment space precision control suitable for hot continuous rolling production line is formed,which is effective in finding the tendency of equipment deterioration and predicting the potential failure of equipment,and is of great significance to the improvement of product quality and equipment management capability.
