多工艺协同降低烧结点火能耗的改造措施

对柳钢1号360m2烧结机点火能耗偏高的原因进行了分析,并针对性地提出技术改造措施.通过开展提高烧结料层厚度、新型点火器改造、优化低负压点火装置、改进烧结分级布料设施等多项技术改造,实现产线点火煤气消耗和内返矿率分别降低1.31 m3/t和4.47百分点,取得了显著的经济效益.
Improvement Measures for Reducing Sintering Ignition Energy Consumption through Multi Process Collaboration
This article mainly analyzes and elaborates on the reasons for the high ignition energy consumption of Liugang No.1 360 m2 sintering machine,and proposes targeted technical transformation measures.By carrying out multiple technical transformations such as increasing the thickness of the sintering material layer,upgrading the new igniter,optimizing the low negative pressure ignition device,and improving the sintering grading and material distribution facilities,the ignition gas consumption and internal return rate of the production line have been reduced by 1.31 m3/t and 4.47%respectively,achieving significant economic benefits.
