焦炉超低排烟气SO2在线监测方法的选用

摘要
采用传统的非分散红外吸收法监测焦炉烟气时,焦炉烟气中的甲烷等成分往往会对SO2等指标的监测造成干扰,影响监测的准确性.据此,在烟气CEMS选用时,根据焦炉排放烟气的特点、烟气超低排放需要、焦炉烟气治理设施情况等,综合考虑并科学选定了紫外差分吸收法作为烟气中SO2的监测技术.实践表明:该CEMS运行稳定,SO2浓度及其他指标监测准确性高,完全满足《固定污染源烟气(SO2、NOx、颗粒物)排放连续监测技术规范》的要求,取得良好的效果.
Abstract
When the traditional non-dispersive infrared absorption method is used to monitor coke oven flue gas,methane and other components in coke oven flue gas often interfere with the monitoring of sulfur dioxide and other indicators,affecting the accuracy of monitoring.In order to solve this problem,in the selection of flue gas CEMS,we comprehensively consider and scientifically select the ultraviolet differential absorption method as the monitoring technology of sulfur dioxide in flue gas according to the characteristics of flue gas discharged from coke oven,the need of ultra-low emission of flue gas and the situation of coke oven flue gas treatment facilities.It is found that the CEMS runs stably,and the monitoring accuracy of sulfur dioxide concentration and other indicators is high,which fully meets the requirements of Technical Specification for Continuous Monitoring of Flue Gas(SO2,NOx,Particulate Matter)Emission from Stationary Pollution Sources and achieves good results.
