摘要

某公司作为锌冶炼企业,为摆脱对日益紧缺的硫化锌精矿原料的依赖,研究了二次含锌物料代替部分硫化锌精矿原料生产中上清工艺,采用三段浸出(中-酸-高),中浸液依次除Cl、Fe、F,制备合格中上清.此全湿法工艺流程简单、投资少、能耗低,为二次含锌物料利用提供技术支撑,亦为行业二次含锌物料再利用提供了新思路.

Abstract

As a zinc smelting enterprise,in order to get rid of dependence on the increasingly scarce zinc sulfide concentrate raw materials,the secondary zinc-containing materials to replace part of the zinc sulfide concentrate raw materials was studied producting the supernatant.Three-stage leaching(medium-acid-high)was used to remove Cl,Fe,F in onder to prepare qualified supernatant.This fully wet process is simple,less investment and low energy consumption,which provides technical support for the utilization of secondary zinc-containing materials in our company,and also provides new ideas for the reuse of secondary zinc-containing materials in the industry.
