摘要
文章主要以某铜钴矿矿浆作为原材料,开展硫酸还原浸出.结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占70%,终点pH为 1.7、浸出温度50℃、浸出时间4 h、Na2 SO3 用量为理论用量的 1.5 倍、液固比为4∶1的条件下,铜、钴浸出率分别达到95.61%和 82.39%.为后续工业生产提供参考.
Abstract
This study mainly use a copper-cobalt ore pulp as raw material to carry out sulfuric acid reduction leaching.The results showed that water the grinding fineness of 70%-0.074 mm,the end point pH of 1.7,the leaching temperature of 50℃,and the leaching time of 4 h,the amount of Na2 SO3 of 1.5 times of the theoretical amount,and the liquid-solid ratio of 4∶1,the leaching rates of copper and cobalt reached 95.61%and 82.34%respectively.Provide reference for subsequent industrial production.
