文章针对锌锭浇铸过程中杂质铁含量超标的原因,分别从炉温控制、原料管理、工艺操作等进行分析,阐述了在实际生产过程中所采取相应的措施,最终将锌锭中杂质铁含量控制在0.000 5%以下,99.995%锌锭产出率持续保持在96%以上.
Abstract
This article analyzes the reasons for the excessive impurity iron content in the zinc ingot casting process,including furnace temperature control,raw material management,and process operation.It elaborates on the corresponding measures taken in the actual production process,and ultimately controls the impurity iron content in the zinc ingot to below 0.000 5%,maintaining a 99.995%zinc ingot yield of over 96%.
