摘要

针对离子型稀土分离企业自动化水平偏低的现状,文章介绍了沉淀过滤工序采用连续沉淀、连续过滤的生产工艺、设备配置及自动化控制.分析了与批次沉淀、批次过滤工艺相比较的技术经济优势.采用该工艺后,生产效率和自动化水平大大提高,工人劳动量和劳动强度明显降低,新水消耗量及废水产出量可减少约25 m3/t,产品直接加工成本可降低约2 300 元/t.

Abstract

For the low automation level of ion-absorbed rare earth separation plant,the production process,equipment configuration and automatic control of continuous precipitation and continuous filtration process in precipitation process and filtration process were introduced.The technical and economic advantages compared with the batch precipitation and batch filtration process were analyzed.After adopting this process,the production efficiency and automation level are greatly improved,and the labor amount and labor intensity of workers are significantly reduced,the consumption of new water and the output of wastewater can be reduced by about 25 m3/t,and the direct processing cost of products can be reduced by about 2 300 yuan/t.
