Automatic Transformation of Zinc Liquid Transfer Equipment in Zinc Re-Distillation Workshop
Zinc re-distillation,based on the different boiling points of zinc and impurity elements,is used to separate zinc from other impurity metals,so as to achieve high purity zinc.In this paper,starting from the most critical distillation process in zinc pyrometallurgical smelting,the process configuration and requirements of zinc smelting workshop and zinc distillation workshop are gradually introduced.The action and path of zinc liquid transport are decomposed and planned.The zinc liquid transport equipment is divided into zinc ladle,zinc ladle transport vehicle,zinc ladle tilting furnace device and zinc ladle lifting device,and modular assembly and automation transformation are carried out.Through the automatic transformation of zinc liquid transport equipment,enterprises can cope with the difficulties of recruitment and employment,effectively save labor,and can cope with more stringent safety and environmental protection requirements.
