锌电积阴极板转向输送设备方案设计与选取

摘要
在锌电积工序中,常规剥锌成套设备布置将剥锌和洗刷放在不同线路上,悬挂极板在剥锌和洗刷工序之间需要进行 180°的转向输送,转向输送的可靠性以及快速性影响整个极板剥锌效率,进一步影响车间产能.文章对转向输送的几种设备方案进行介绍,对比各种方案的优缺点,为冶金行业极板转向输送的设计和应用提供参考.
Abstract
In the zinc electrowinning process,the conventional zinc stripping equipment layout places the zinc stripping machine and the washing machine on different lines,the suspension plate requires a 180°steering conveying between the zinc stripping and washing processes,the reliability and speed of the steering conveying affect the overall zinc stripping efficiency of the electrode plate,further affecting the workshop production capacity.This paper introduces several equipment schemes for steering conveying,compares the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme,and provides reference for the design and application of steering conveying in metallurgical industry.
