文章介绍了45#优质碳素结构钢冶炼的生产实践.依据客户对45 钢产品的质量要求,结合公司的设备能力,通过严格控制关键工艺环节,不断优化生产工艺技术,同时各工序紧密配合提高效率,探索出适合汉钢公司的提质降本,稳定高效顺行的优质45 钢工艺技术.
Abstract
This paper introduces the smelting practice of 45#high quality carbon structural steel.According to the customer's quality requirements for 45 steel products,combined with the company's equipment capacity,the production process is optimized by strictly control of key processes,constantly optimize production technology.At the same time,each process closely to improve efficiency,to explore a suitable Hanzhong iron and steel company quality and cost reduction,stable and efficient smooth flow of high-quality 45 steel technology.
