摘要

针对某企业选矿废水COD、TDS超标的问题,设计了预处理+膜系统+MVR系统组合工艺,在企业开展了试验研究.项目运行结果表明,该工艺对废水中COD、TDS脱除效果明显,预处理系统出水符合后续膜系统进水要求.预处理系统药剂成本约 16.6 元/m3.膜系统出水符合《铅锌选矿废水处理与回用规范》(YS/T 1405-2020)回用水标准,MVR系统得到结晶盐.废水处理系统运行稳定,为后续运营提供技术指导.

Abstract

A combined process of pre-treatment membrane system MVR system was designed to address the issue of excessive COD and TDS in the beneficiation wastewater of a certain enterprise.The experimental research was conducted in the enterprise.The project operation results show that the process has significant removal effects on COD and TDS in wastewater.The effluent of the pre-treatment system meets the requirements for subsequent membrane system inflow,and the cost of the pre-treatment system's chemicals is approximately 16.6 yuan/m3.The effluent of the membrane system meets the reuse water standards of the "Specification for Treatment and Reuse of Lead Zinc Mineral Processing Wastewater"(YS/T 1405-2020),and the MVR system obtains crystalline salt.The stable operation of the wastewater treatment system provides technical guidance for subsequent operations.
