锌冶炼熔炼浮渣灰高效利用技术及应用研究

通过研究,在不增加外排废水和烟气污染物的前提下,实现了锌浮渣的高值化回收利用.研究表明,锌熔炼时增加氮气保护,可使锌浮渣的产率降低5.7%,从源头减少锌浮渣的量,优化筛分球磨系统,使筛下物锌浮渣灰中单质锌含量从58%降至33%,通过湿法制粒,使锌浮渣灰的粒度达到沸腾炉入炉料使用标准,与锌精矿搭配后进入沸腾炉处理,未对锌焙砂的可溶锌、可溶硫、氟、氯、单质锌等指标造成影响,实现了锌浮渣的高效利用,减少了锌的价值损失,提高了锌回收率.
Research on Efficient Utilization Technology and Application of Slag Ash in Zinc Smelting
Through experimental research,the high-value recovery and utilization of zinc scum was realized without increasing the effluent and flue gas pollutants.The research shows that the increase of nitrogen protection during zinc smelting can reduce the yield of zinc scum by 5.7%and reduce the amount of zinc scum from the source.The optimization of the screening ball milling system can reduce the elemental zinc content in the zinc scum ash under the sieve from 58%to 33%.Through wet granulation,the particle size of the zinc scum ash can reach the standard for the use of the furnace feed.The indexes of soluble zinc,soluble sulfur,fluorine,chlorine and elemental zinc of zinc calcine were not affected.The efficient utilization of zinc dross is realized,the value loss of zinc is reduced,and the recovery rate of zinc is increased.
