Automation Transformation and Application of Silver Ingot Casting Device
This paper introduces the working principle of silver ingot casting device and the existing problems in field operation.After transformation,the casting device has changed from the original manual operation to the automatic operation,which reduces the labor intensity of the operators and avoids the casting of silver ingots,the high temperature solution with the temperature up to 1 000 ℃ is harmful to the operators and improves the automation level of the casting device.The production efficiency has also been greatly improued.
