Analysis of Capacity Improvement of 152 m2 Fluidized Bed Roaster
The fluidized roasting of zinc concentrate is the first process in the production of conventional wet zinc smelting,which is the bottleneck of production capacity.This article introduces the practical experience of improving the production capacity of a 152 m2 fluidized roaster based on the actual production process.By refining ingredients,optimizing process control,oxygen-enriched roasting,matching with an appropriate amount of baking sand,and reasonably increasing cooling coils,the goal of improving production capacity and stable operation is achieved.
