电收尘顶部绝缘子室的改造与应用

针对贵溪冶炼厂电收尘熔炼电收尘收尘效率低、送电不稳定的情况、出口含尘高等问题,结合生产实践,对影响电收尘收尘效率、送电不稳定的原因进行研究,并对顶部绝缘子室进行改造,选取了新型的材料,改变了以往的支撑、密封方式.通过改造,使得电收尘收尘效率有所提高,各项指标提升,取得了较好的效果,节约了运维成本.
Renovation and Application of Top Insulator Room for Electric Dust Collection
In response to the problems of low dust collection efficiency,unstable power transmission,and high dust content at the outlet of Guixi Smelter's electric dust collection smelting,combined with production practice,the reasons that affect the efficiency of electric dust collection and unstable power transmission were studied.The top insulator chamber was renovated,and new materials were selected to change the previous support and sealing methods.Through transformation,the efficiency of electric dust collection has been improved,the indicators have been improved,the good results have been achieved,and the operation and maintenance costs have been saved.
