CuO改性活性炭低温脱硝性能的研究

以椰壳活性炭为载体,采用等体积浸渍法,在不同条件下制备了CuO改性活性炭(CuO/AC).考察了改性前后活性炭的脱硝性能.结果表明,CuO能大大提高活性炭的脱硝性能.在反应温度250 ℃时(接近烟气窗口温度),以负载量为5%,焙烧温度为300 ℃的CuO/AC为催化剂同时脱硝,NOx的脱除率达到94.31%,连续使用44 h,催化剂活性没有降低.
Simultaneous Removal of NOx Uusing CuO/AC Catalyst at Low Temperature
CuO modified activated carbon(CuO/AC)was prepared by impregnation method under different conditions using coconut shell activated carbon as carrier.The denitrification performance of activated carbon before and after modification was investigated.The results show that CuO can greatly improve the denitrification performance of activated carbon.At the reaction temperature of 250 ℃(close to the flue gas window temperature),CuO/AC with a loading of 5%and a calcination temperature of 300 ℃ was used as a catalyst for simultaneous denitration,and the removal rate of NOx-was 94.31%.After continuous use for 44 h,the catalyst activity did not decrease.
