Experimental Study on the Treatment of High Salt and Strong Alkaline Mineral Processing Waste water by Combined Processes
The study focuses on the COD reduction process of high salt and strong alkaline beneficiation wastewater in the oxidation ore comprehensive utilization project of a certain mining limited liability company.The process of"aeration pretreatment+coagulation sedimentation+electro oxidation advanced treatment"was proposed.The effects of factors such as biological,agent S003 dosage,aeration time,bottom mud reflux ratio,and electro oxidation time on the COD removal rate of beneficiation wastewater were investigated.The optimal process conditions were obtained.The results showed that when the biological,agent S003 dosage was 30 mL/L,the aeration time was 40min,and the electro oxidation time was 90 min,the COD of the effluent was 386 mg/L.This result met the requirements of subsequent desalination equipment.
