Effect of Organic Matter on Evaporation System in Leachate Treatment
With the increasingly high environmental protection requirements, the treatment of domestic waste and kitchen waste leachate wastewater currently adopts the secondary biochemical+DTRO membrane concentration+evaporation process. However, due to the high content and hardness of organic matter(some of which are non-degradable organic matter, such as humic acid)in the raw water of landfill leachate, although it has undergone biochemical,DTRO concentration and dehardening treatment before entering the evaporation, the hardness and organic matter content are still high.Such water quality enters the evaporation system, the scale and foaming of the evaporator are serious, which will cause the evaporator output to decrease and energy consumption to increase. The high cleaning frequency seriously affects the normal operation of the evaporation system.Through two comparative experiments,it is concluded that reducing the content of organic matter in wastewater can greatly improve the efficiency of evaporation and improve the operation of evaporation.
