Experimental Study on Beneficiation of a Low Grade Refractory Scheelite
Aiming at the problems of scheelite recovery in a tungsten polymetal processing plant in Fujian Province,such as high yield of coarse concentrates,low WO3 grade,large amount of water glass for heated cleaning,high energy consumption and poor tungsten concentrate index,this paper optimized the process flow of the roughing process folw and adopted a new and efficient QB-3 depressant and CYP-01 collector to achieve efficient enrichment of scheelite in the roughing section through experimental research.Greatly reduce the yield of tungsten coarse concentrates and the amount of tungsten heating and water glass,which is conducive to energy saving and consumption reduction.Tungsten concentrate with yield of 0.10%,WO3 grade of 65.381%and recovery rate of 75.15%was obtained by using the new scheelite flotation process in the whole process.The comprehensive recovery of low-grade refractory scheelite was realized.
