湖北某白钨矿选矿试验研究

摘要
针对湖北某WO3品位0.45%的白钨矿进行了系统的选矿试验研究.在条件试验的基础上,试验确定在常温体系下,在原矿磨矿细度-0.074 mm占 75%条件下,采用Na2CO3 为调整剂,Na2SiO3+LW为组合抑制剂,ZK为捕收剂对白钨矿进行浮选回收.实验室闭路试验最终可获得WO3品位65.36%、回收率83.52%的白钨精矿,试验指标良好.
Abstract
The experiment was carried out systematically on a scheelite ore containing WO3 0.45%in Hubei.On the basis of the condition test,the scheelite concentrate containing WO3 65.36%and recovery of 83.52%was abtained in normal temperature while the grinding fineness was 75%below 0.074 mm,and Na2CO3 as modifier,Na2SiO3/LW as depressant,ZK as collector,and a relatively good index is obtained.
