云南某高含镁铜矿浮选试验研究

摘要
针对云南某高含镁铜矿,开展了化学多元素和元素赋存状态分析,查明该高含镁铜矿主要物相组成,并通过原矿解离情况分析,得出最佳磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占 80%.后进行磨矿细度、石灰用量、硫化钠用量、捕收剂种类及用量试验研究,确定最佳试验条件,在该条件下开展闭路试验可获得铜品位为23.47%,铜回收率为90.32%,镁品位为7.53%,镁回收率为0.79%的铜精矿.在此基础上使用腐植酸钠将精矿镁品位降低至4.95%,满足生产要求.
Abstract
The chemical multi-element and elemental occurrence analysis was conducted on a high magnesium copper mine in Yunnan.The main phase composition of the high magnesium copper mine was identified,and the recommended grinding fineness was-0.074 mm,accounting for 80%,based on the analysis of the original ore dissociation.Subsequently,experiments were conducted on grinding fineness,lime dosage,sodium sulfide dosage,collector type and dosage to determine the optimal experimental conditions.Under these conditions,the closed-circuit test was conducted to obtain copper concentrate with copper grade of 23.47%,copper recovery rate of 90.32%,a magnesium grade of 7.53%,and a magnesium recovery rate of 0.79%.On this basis,sodium humate was used to reduce the magnesium grade of the concentrate to 4.95%,meeting production requirements.
