Rocess Study of Tellurium Extraction After Platinum-palladium Replacement
In this study, sodium sulphite(Na2SO3)was used as the reducing agent to investigate process of reducing tellurium(Te)in the liguid after platinum-palladium replacement. In order to reduce the Te content in the liquid and improve the leaching effect of Te in the liquid after plutinum-palladium replacement, the Na2SO3 mass concentration, reaction temperature,Na2SO3 addition time, reaction acidity, and addition time of platinum-palladium replacement were stuided. The results showed that the mass concentration of Na2SO3 was 100 g/L,Na2SO3 was added for 60 min,the reaction temperature was60~70℃,and the reaction acidity was60 g/L and 70 min in the reaction system. After the process optimization, the tellurium content of the posterior solution decreased by 45.2%,and the Te leaching rate could reach the highest rate of 95.43%.
