铜萃取澄清池的流体仿真研究

铜萃取中溶液流量比较大,导致澄清池占地面积大,因此对澄清池内流场分析和优化设计显得尤为重要.文章运用CFD技术对一型、L型及U型三种澄清池的澄清效果进行了对比分析,结果表明,U型澄清池澄清效果更佳,占地面积更小.以U型澄清池为研究对象,重点研究有无导流板、有无栅栏及栅栏数量对流体的影响,对比不同流体速度及粒径大小对澄清池内两相分离的影响.
Fluid Simulation of Copper Extraction Clarification Tank
The solution flow rate in copper extraction is relatively large,resulting in a larger area occupied by the clarification tank.There fore,it is particularly important to analyze and optimize the flow field in the clarification tank.CFD technology was used to compare and analyze the clarification effects of three types of clarification tanks,namely the straight,L-shaped,and U-shaped ones.The results indicate that the U-shaped clarification tank has better clarification effect and occupies a smaller area.The U-shaped clarification tank is taken as the research object,and CFD technology is used for fluid simulation research.Key research focuses on the influence of the presence or absence of flow deflectors,fences,and the number of fences on the fluid.The effects of different fluid velocities and particle sizes on two-phase separation in a clarification tank were compared.
