Research Progress on Laser Cladding Fe-based Amorphous Alloy Coating
In recent years,with the development of high-speed laser cladding technology,the prepared surface coating of Fe-based amorphous alloy has the characteristics of simple production process and high glass forming ability,and the alloy coating has superior mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.This paper aims to study the latest research progress of laser-coated Fe-based amorphous alloy coating at home and abroad.The latest preparation methods are summaried.These new methods not only improve the performance of traditional laser cladding materials,but also improve the cracks and gaps caused by the brittle growth of the surface coating.Finally,the discussion and prospect provide the preparation of Fe-based amorphous coating and the development of corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
