文章提出了孔雀绿-PVA-磷钼酸铵以三元络合物体系测定无铅锡基焊料中磷的方法,且能稳定存在于含有聚乙烯醇的水溶液中.缔合物最大吸收峰值位于600 nm波长处,波尔吸收系数ε=8.27×104 L/mol·cm.线性回归方程为y=9.673 1x-0.076 1,相关系数为 0.999 5,25 mL 溶液中磷质量在 1~6μg 范围内符合 Lambert-Beer 定律.测定无铅焊料中磷含量相对标准偏差0.80%~2.95%(n=11),加标回收率在96.59%~104.45%.优化样品前处理方式,缩短了样品前处理时间.该法显色酸度范围宽、共存离子干扰性小、选择性好、显色稳定时间长,准确度较高,易于操作.
Abstract
A method for determination of phosphorus in lead-free tin based solder using a ternary complex system of peacock green-PVA-ammonium phosphomolybdate was proposed,which can stably exist in aqueous solutions containing polyvinyl alcohol.The maximum absorption peak of the complex is located at a wavelength of 600 nm,and the Bohr absorption coefficient ε=8.27×104 L/mol·cm.The linear regression equation is y=9.673 1x-0.076 1,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995,and the mass of phosphorus in a 25 mL solution conforms to Lambert Beer's law within the range of 1~6 μg.The relative standard deviation for determining the phosphorus content in lead-free solder is 0.80%to 2.95%(n=11),and the recovery rate for spiking is 96.59%to 104.45%.Optimized the sample pre-treatment method and shortened the sample pre-treatment time.The colorimetric acidity range of this method is wide,the interference of coexisting ions is small,the selectivity is good,the colorimetric stability time is long,the accuracy is high,and it is easy to operate.
