根据《化学试剂 标准滴定溶液的制备》(GB/T 601-2002)中对国标法化学分析测量的不确定度的要求,对氟离子计测定铜精矿中氟的各个不确定度分量进行了详细评定.主要从天平称取试样时所用万分之一天平所带入的不确定度分量、100 mL的容量瓶定容以及环境温度所引入的不确定度分量、氟离子工作曲线的拟合所引入的不确定度分量以及样品的均匀性所引入的不确定度分量等等,依次排列出贡献值的大小.
Uncertainty Evaluation in Determination of Fluorine Content in Copper Concentrate by Fluoride Ion-Selective Electrode Method
According to the requirements of GB/T 601-2012 on the uncertainty of chemical analysis and measurement by national standard method,the uncertainty components of fluorine determination in copper concentrate by fluoride ion meter were evaluated in detail.The contribution values are arranged in order from the uncertainty component brought by the balance of one ten thousandth when weighing the sample,the uncertainty component brought by the constant volume of a 100 mL volumetric flask and the ambient temperature,the uncertainty component brought by the fitting of fluoride ion working curve and the uncertainty component brought by the uniformity of the sample.
