某铁尾矿回收钛选矿工艺研究

某选厂选铁尾矿中TiO2的含量为8.96%.为综合回收该选铁尾矿中的TiO2,通过矿石性质研究,查明了 TiO2的存在形式和主要产出形式,在此基础上,开展了系统的选矿工艺研究,开发了"强磁选预富集—强磁精矿浮选再富集"选矿工艺技术,可以获得TiO2品位45.26%、回收率76.42%的钛精矿产品.研究成果为该选厂综合回收选铁尾矿中的钛资源提供了技术支持.
Study on Beneficiation Technology of Titanium Recovery From Iron Tailings
The content of TiO2 in iron tailings is 8.96%.In order to comprehensively recover TiO2 from the iron tailings,the existence forms and main output form of TiO2 were identified through the ore property study.On this basis,systematic research on beneficiation technology was carried out,and the beneficiation technology of"high intensity magnetic separation preconcentration-flotation reconcentration of high intensity magnetic concentrate"was developed.The titanium concentrate product with TiO2 grade of 45.26%and recovery rate of 76.42%can be obtained,which provides technical support for the comprehensive recovery of titanium in the tailings of iron separation.
