摘要
文章对国内某低品位风化型钛矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,采用化学分析、物相分析、岩矿鉴定、矿物解离分析仪(MLA)等手段查明了矿石中矿物组成、有用有害元素赋存状态和解离程度等特性.为了合理开发该钛铁矿资源,对其进行了选矿工艺研究,最终确定采用磨矿—湿式弱磁选—湿式强磁选—摇床试验的工艺流程.当原矿中的TiO2品位为5.32%时,通过该试验流程,获得TiO2品位46.70%,钛回收率50.94%的钛精矿,可以达到冶金用钛精矿工业指标要求.试验研究结果为后续的工艺流程设计提供了依据.
Abstract
The process mineralogy characteristics of a low-grade weathered ilmenite in China were studied and the occurrence of valuable elements,composition of minerals,liberation degree were ascertained by using chemical analysis,XRF analysis,phase analysis,and mineral dissociation analysis,and so on.In order to develop the resources reasonably,the beneficiation researches were conducted.The technological process combining grinding-weak magnetic-high magnetic-shaking table separation was determined.The experiment results indicate that,In the feed ore contained 5.32%TiO2,by testing process,following results had been achieved:the titanium grade,titanium recovery of concentrate were 46.70%,50.94%.The results can meet the requirements of the industrial indexes of ilmenite concentrates for metallurgical purposes.Based on bench tests,a rational flowsheeet was recommended as a design reference for subsequent wastewater treatment works.
