Experimental Study on Extraction Conditions of Platinum and Palladium from Gold Reduction Solution
In response to the problem of low direct yield in the extraction of platinum and palladium from gold reduced solution using ammonium chloride precipitation method in thewet process flow, this article explores the factors affecting the platinum and palladium precipitation rate in this process, and seeks the optimal combination of conditions to achieve maximum platinum and palladium precipitation rate in this step. The results show that under the optimal combination of conditions, the precipitation rates of platinum and palladium can reach 94.6%and 93.8%,which are less affected by the fluctuation of liquid acidity after gold reduction and remain basically unchanged in the scaled up experiment, which has practical guidance significance for actual production.
