炼锑砷碱渣无害化资源化处理新工艺

利用炼锑砷碱渣中的砷、锑、碱的特性,先将其中的碱转化为氢氧化钠,然后采用火法技术挥发砷锑、湿法技术分离碱、含二氧化硅等无机粉尘的炉渣.该工艺产出的含砷烟尘用作提砷原料,氢氧化钠溶液作用含硫烟气脱硫等,浸出炉渣用于建材,实现了砷碱渣的无害化和资源化的处理.
New Process of Harmless Resource Treatment of Arsenic Alkali Slag
Based on the characteristics of arsenic,antimony and alkali in arsenic-alkali slag,the alkali in arsenic-alkali slag is converted into sodium hydroxide,and then As-Antimony is volatilized by pyrotechnics,and the alkali,and inorganic dust such as silicon dioxide are separated by wet technoogy.The arsenic-containing fume produced by the process can be used as the raw material for extracting arsenic,the sodium hydroxide solution can be used for desulphurization of sulfur-containing fume,and the leaching slag can be used for building materials,which realizes the harmless and resource treatment of arsenic alkalislag.
