三元前驱体作为三元正极材料的重要原材料,其性能对正极材料的容量、形貌、循环性能等都有着很大影响.为增大三元正极材料的比容量,三元前驱体正在向着高镍的方向发展.针对高镍三元前驱体的湿法合成工艺,文章总结了高镍三元前驱体在合成阶段各要素对前驱体指标的影响趋势,并从实际生产角度及工艺设计经验出发对工艺设计要点进行了阐述.
Process Design of High Nickel Ternary Precursor
As an important raw material of ternary cathode material,the performance of ternary precursors has great influence on the capacity,morphology and cycle performance of cathode material.In order to increase the specific capacity of ternary anode materials,ternary precursor is developing towards high nickel.Aiming at the wet synthesis technology of high nickel ternary precursor,this paper summarizes the influence trend of various factors on the precursor index in the synthesis stage,and expounds the key points of process design from the perspective of actual production and process design experience.
