Discussion on the Causes and Treatment of Blocked Tuyere in PS Converter
Air supply capacity is one of the most important parameters of PS converter blowing,which it is an important guarantee for normal production and efficient operation of converter.In the production process of PS converter,tuyere blockage often occurs,which will affect the air supply capacity of the converter,especially for the converter in the later furnace age,and even cause blowing difficulties.When the operator uses the oxygen burning method to deal with the blocked tuyere,the tuyere often fails to be reopened during the operation.This paper introduces the causes of blockage tuyere formation,and systematically summarizes the problems and treatment methods in the practice of oxygen burning.
