Zr-Nb合金铸锭生产工艺研究

通过试验,对比了纯铌和海绵锆均匀混合、纯铌双层及单层分布在海绵锆中间3种Nb元素布料方式;以及二次、三次、四次熔炼对Zr-Nb铸锭生产工艺的影响.结果表明:3种Nb元素布料方式均可以制备出成分均匀性相当的Zr-Nb铸锭,其中纯铌和海绵锆均匀混合方式易出现铌屑卡模具、电极块疏松等缺点;纯铌双层布料方式生产效率较低;而纯铌单层分布方式工艺简单,生产效率高.采用纯铌单层分布方式,三次熔炼制备的铸锭Nb元素均匀性略差于四次熔炼,但三次熔炼具有成本低,生产效率高优势,对于整个生产工艺是最优的.
Research on the Preparation Process of Zr-Nb Alloy Ingot
Through experiments,the effects of three Nb element distribution methods including uniform mixing of pure niobium and sponge zirconium,double-layer and single-layer distribution of pure niobium in the middle of sponge zirconium,and melting times including two,three and four rounds of melting on the production process of Zr-Nb alloy ingots were compared.The results show that all three Nb element distribution methods can produce Zr-Nb ingots with similar composition uniformity.Among them,the uniform mixing method of pure niobium and sponge zirconium is prone to defects such as niobium chips sticking to the mold and electrode blocks becoming loose.The production efficiency of pure niobium double-layer fabric method is relatively low.The pure niobium single-layer distribution method has a simple process and high production efficiency.The uniformity of Nb elements in the ingots prepared by three rounds of melting using pure niobium single-layer distribution method is slightly worse than that of four rounds of melting.However,three rounds of melting have the advantages of low cost and high production efficiency,which is optimal for the entire production process.
