Optimization and Application of Negative Pressure Operation and Exhaust Gas Treatment of Two-stage Roasting-acid Making System
Aiming at the high-arsenic and high-sulfur refractory gold concentrate,a systematic approach was adopted for oxidation roasting pretreatment and technical optimization of the acid making system.Under the basic configuration, three systems of roasting-acid making, fine calcine transportation, and acid leaching flue gas treatment were optimized to improve equipment sealing, reduce air leakage rate, and ensure negative pressure effect. At the same time, oxygen supplementation measures after increasing the concentration of sulfur dioxide gas in the acid making system were strengthened to ensure conversion efficiency. After the transformation, the system's negative pressure was stable, the equipment operated stably, the sulfur dioxide conversion rate increased, the investment in exhaust gas treatment decreased, the sulfur dioxide emission concentration was optimized, and the system operation became more stable, bringing significant economic benefits to the enterprise.
