Determination of Lead Content in Cathode Copper by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
This paper focuses on the determination of low lead content in high-purity cathode copper.Based on the study of relevant literature and the reference to the determination methods for arsenic and bismuth in cathode copper,an accurate method for the determination of samples with lead content less than 0.000 10%in cathode copper was established through multiple experiments. The hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method was adopted, and the best determination conditions were identified through experiments such as setting of instrument conditions, sample treatment methods, control of acidity, dosage of oxidant, standard sample comparison, precision experiments, and comparison of results from different instruments. The method is easy to operate, stable, and has high accuracy.
