Experimental Study on Improving Silver Recovery in Lead Concentrates of Fankou Lead Zinc Mine
The main products of Fankou lead-zinc mine are lead concentrate,zinc concentrate,and sulfur concentrate,with silver as a valuable component entering the lead concentrate for pricing.To maximize the silver grade and recovery rate in the lead concentrate,adjustments were made to the flotation reagent system.By using a new TS as a collector for silver minerals,the silver grade in the lead concentrate was increased from 390.76 g/t to 425.26 g/t,and the corresponding recovery rate was improved from 27.93％to 31.41％,while keeping the lead grade and recovery rate essentially unchanged.
