云南某高硫铅锌矿高效浮选分离研究

针对云南某高硫铅锌矿,原矿铅品位6.90%,锌品位22.44%,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占67%的条件下,采用"铅硫混合浮选—铅硫分离—锌浮选"工艺进行浮选试验研究,铅硫分离采用石灰与PDJ作硫铁矿的组合抑制剂,锌浮选采用新型锌捕收剂SPC,获得铅品位为62.86%,含锌5.73%,铅回收率为86.11%的铅精矿,以及锌品位54.81%,含铅1.16%,锌回收率为89.97%的总锌精矿产品指标.PDJ与石灰组合能降低4 000 g/t石灰,减少了回用废水中钙离子含量,避免大量钙离子回用影响铅硫混合浮选中硫铁矿的上浮量;相比采用丁黄药,采用SPC时,硫酸铜用量降低100 g/t,锌浮选速率明显提高.
Study on Efficient Flotation Separation of a High-sulfur Lead-zinc Mine in Yunnan
A high sulfur lead-zinc ore in Yunnan,China was taken as the object,the lead and zinc grades were 6.90%and 22.44%.Under the grinding fineness-0.074 mm account for 67%,and the technical process of"Pb/S bulk flotation-Pb/S separation-Zn flotation"was adopted for flotation separation,the combination of lime and PDJ was used as pyrite depressant,and and SPC was used as sphalerite collector.The lead concentrate with lead grade of 62.86%,zinc content of 5.73%,and lead recovery of 86.11%,and the total zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 54.81%,lead content of 1.16%and zinc recovery of 89.97%were obtained.The combination of PDJ and lime reduced 4 000 g/t lime and reduced the Ca2+content in recycling water,avoiding the depressing effect of Ca2+in recycling water on the flotation of pyrite in Pb/S bulk flotation stage.Compared with butyl xanthate,when SPC is adopted,the amount of CuSO4 is reduced by 100 g/t,and the Zn flotation rate was largely increased.
