摘要

采用硫酸工业盐体系浸出—铁粉置换的处理方式,研究了氧化铋渣在氯盐体系下游离酸度、氯离子浓度、液固比、反应时间对氧化铋渣浸铋效果的影响,研究了铁粉理论加入量倍数、反应时间、反应温度对铁粉置换铋离子制备海绵铋的影响.试验得出氧化铋渣浸铋最佳条件为:游离酸度100 g/L、氯离子浓度90 g/L、液固比7∶1、反应时间2~3 h;铁粉置换还原铋离子形成海绵铋最佳条件为:铁粉加入量为理论量的1.2倍、反应时间30 min、反应温度为50 ℃,此时海绵铋铋含量为95.1%.

Abstract

The effects of free acidity,chloride ion concentration,liquid-solid ratio,and reaction time on the leaching of bismuth from bismuth oxide slag in a chloride salt system were investigated by using sulfuric acid industrial salt system leaching and iron powder displacement.The influence of theoretical amount of iron powder added,reaction time,and reaction temperature on the preparation of sponge bismuth through iron powder displacement of bismuth ions were studied.The experimental results indicated that the optimal conditions for leaching bismuth from bismuth oxide slag were:free acidity of 100 g/L,chloride ion concentration of 90 g/L,liquid-solid ratio of 7:1,and reaction time 2~3 h.The best conditions for the reduction of bismuth ions by iron powder displacement to form sponge bismuth were:iron powder addition amount is 1.2 times the theoretical amount,reaction time is 30 minutes,and reaction temperature is 50℃.Under these conditions,the sponge bismuth content reached 95.1%.
