高硫铁锌渣处理工艺设备优化研究

文章分析了高硫铁锌渣的原料特点以及生产过程中出现的问题.如单质硫不充分燃烧、炉渣粘结严重、熔渣黏度大以及放渣困难等.研究了喷嘴型式、温度、时间、渣型等对熔炼及吹炼的影响.提出了半悬浮熔炼—弱还原控温吹炼技术,充分利用了硫燃烧热值,可获得更高环保要求的弃渣.
Study on Optimization of High Sulfur Iron Zinc Slag Treatment Process Equipment
The raw material characteristics of high-sulfur iron and zinc slag and the problems in the production process were analyze,such as insufficient combustion of elemental sulfur,serious slag bonding,slag viscosity and slag release difficulties.The effects of nozzle type,temperature,time and slag type on smelting and blowing are studied.The semi-suspended smelting and weak reduction temperature control blowing technology is proposed,which makes full use of the sulfur combustion calorific value and can obtain the waste slag with higher environmental protection requirements.
