摘要
文章研究了埋刮板输送机在两段焙烧工艺中的应用,分析了埋刮板输送机的基本原理和工作特性.针对刮板输送机在某公司生产运行中跑冒滴漏造成现场环境恶劣的问题,提出了针对刮板链条、头部、尾部、中间壳体等关键组件及密封件的优化升级方案.优化后的输送机在稳定性、耐腐耐磨性、密封性方面有很大提高,但密封性和环保性能仍需进一步改进.为埋刮板输送机的进一步优化和在含金物料输送中的应用提供了理论和实践指导.
Abstract
This paper studies the application of scraper conveyor in two-section roasting process,and analyzes the basic principle and working characteristics of scraper conveyor.In view of the problem of the harsh site environment caused by the leakage of the scraper conveyor in the production and operation of a company,the optimization and upgrading scheme for the key components and seals,such as the scraper chain,head,tail and middle shell and so on,is proposed.The optimized conveyor has been greatly improved in stability,corrosion and wear resistance and sealing,but the sealing and environmental performance still need to be further improved.It provides theoretical and practical guidance for the further optimization of the buried scraper conveyor and its application in the transportation of gold-containing materials.
