摘要

铜火法冶炼过程中,阳极铜通过圆盘浇铸机浇铸成阳极板后送电解精炼;浇铸过程中铜阳极板物理规格受工艺控制影响存在各种缺陷,文章简要分析了铜阳极板物理规格的影响因素,介绍了铜阳极板自动矫正装置的应用.

Abstract

During the copper pyrometallurgical process,the anode copper is cast into an anode plate by a disc casting machine and then sent for electrolytic refining.There are various defects in the process control of physical specifications of copper anode plates during the casting process.This article briefly analyzes the influencing factors of external defects of copper anode plates,and focuses on the application and effect of automatic correction devices of copper anode plates.
