氧压浸出渣综合利用的设计研究

通过对国内某工厂氧压浸出渣物料进行分析,结合现有生产系统,提出采用奥斯麦特顶吹熔炼炉搭配铅精矿生产高铅渣,采用富氧侧吹炉还原熔炼生产粗铅,熔炼渣烟化吹炼回收锌等有价金属的工艺,相关生产技术指标都达到先进水平.采用此种工艺处理氧压浸出渣,能综合回收渣中铅锌银等各种有价金属,产出的高浓度SO2烟气可直接制酸.氧压浸出渣中的单质硫能够代替部分燃料煤,降低了生产能耗.既解决了氧压浸出渣堆存带来的环保风险,又提高了金属回收效率,有利于增加企业的经济效益.
Design Research on Comprehensive Utilization of Oxygen Pressure Leaching Residue
Based on the analysis of oxygen pressure leaching slag materials in a domestic factory,combined with the existing production system,the process of producing high lead slag by using Osmet top-blown smelting furnace with lead concentrate,producing crude lead by reducing smelting in oxygen-enriched side-blown furnace,and recovering valuable metals such as zinc by fuming smelting of smelting slag is proposed.The relevant production technical indicators have reached the advanced level.Using this process to treat oxygen pressure leaching residue,various valuable metals such as lead,zinc and silver in the residue can be comprehensively recovered,and the high concentration SO2 flue gas produced can be directly acidified.The elemental sulfur in the oxygen pressure leaching residue can replace part of the fuel coal and reduce the production energy consumption.It not only solves the environmental risk caused by the stockpiling of oxygen pressure leaching residue,but also improves the efficiency of metal recovery,which is conducive to increasing the economic benefits of enterprises.
