Improvement Practice and Effect of Water Jacket Cooling System Behind Converter Furnace
The distribution and water supply mode of the converter water-cooled fume hood were presented.Through analysis,it was found that the water temperature of the water jacket was excessively high,making the adhesive difficult to peel off and form nodules,as well as causing the influence and harm brought about by the nodules.The poor structure of the back jacket and the phenomena of scaling and leakage inside the jacket were depicted.The improved jacket cooling water circulation system and structure can lower the water temperature,solve the scaling issue,extend the service life of the jacket,and added flowmeters at the inlet and outlet of the jacket to enhance safety.
