基于定向钻进技术修复近矿体帷幕缺口的方案研究

文章以某矿西部一期近矿体帷幕缺口修复工程为例,简述了矿山地质、矿山水文地质、1号水井工程及其封堵工程概况,分析了定向钻进技术在修复非煤矿山井下帷幕缺口中的技术难点,针对性地提出了关键解决方案.治理方案分为地表、井下两个部分,先以工程措施封堵井下涌水点,再实施定向钻孔注浆封堵帷幕缺口,并采用地表物探定位、核查注浆效果.而且注浆材料采用具有价优、就地取材等优点的改性黏土双液浆和改性尾砂浆.实施成功后对非煤矿山防治水工程具有借鉴意义.
Study on the Scheme of Repairing Curtain Gap Near Orebody Based on Directional Drilling Technology
Taking the curtain gap repair project of the first phase near the orebody in the west of a mine as an example,the mine geology,mine hydrogeology,No.1 well project and its plugging project are briefly described.The technical difficulties of directional drilling technology in repairing curtain gap in non-coal mine are analyzed,and the key solutions are put forward.The treatment plan is divided into two parts:surface and underground.First,engineering measures are used to block the water inwelling point,then directional drilling grouting is implemented to block the curtain gap,and surface geophysical exploration is used to locate and check the grouting effect.Moreover,the grouting materials are modified clay double slurry and modified tail mortar,which have the advantages of good price and local materials.After successful implementation,it has reference significance for water control projects in non-coal mines.
